[Bug 79018] Re: Cannot move bookmarks in bookmark editor

Not sure if this is the same or different bug:
I have several folders in my Bookmarks Toolbar Folder so they appear on the Bookmarks Toolbar.
On Windows Firefox I used to be able to drag the folders around to re-order them on the Toolbar, in the up-to-date firefox This is not possible.

To reproduce just create a folder on the Bookmarks toolbar, then try to
move its position as you can with a normal link.
