[Bug 184548] Save image as crash

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Firefox crashes when saving image as (does not for save link as) into a
directory so that the file browser is open. If the file browser shows
other files (by default ones of the same extension) firefox crashes if
the list of files is edited by another program while the save image as
dialog is still open.
