Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
I am running Firefox 2.0.0.11 in Gutsy 7.10, with Compiz Fusion running.
If I middle click in the page and move the cursor, the page generally scrolls very smoothly. However, if the circle with arrows is under the scroll bar (right or bottom) the scroll is dramatically slower.
** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
