[Bug 183736] On first launch of firefox-3.0, some HTTP authentication dialogs are missing text

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The first time I launched firefox-3.0, it correctly opened all of my
tabs from my saved session.  Some of these pages required HTTP
authentication, which (as usual) opened a stack of popup windows.
However, some (and only some) of them contained no text, only the input
fields.  I will attach a screenshot.
