[Bug 183617] Firefox does not follow some URLs, video plugin

I've finally managed to reproduce this problem. 
Gusty up to date with firefox 2.0.0.11

URLs 1 and 2 are the same, 2 and 3 are the same. A and B both exhibit
the bug, which leads me to believe the bug is not related to loading a
video with a codec that may not be compatible with the video plugin.

If I follow these links in the order 1,2,3,4 letting each one load (but
just long enough for the video plugin interface to show up) the 4th link
will not be followed, and does not even seem to timeout.
