[Bug 183425] invalid SSL certificate page provides no way to trust the site certificate

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

On windows, if a site with a certificate signed by an untrusted CA is
accessed, firefox provides two buttons behind the "Or you can add an
exception..." link.  On Ubuntu, it does not.  It should.
