Summary:  RSS feeds when added to the bookmarks toolbar appear
malformed.  The body of the text is correct, but when selecting the
link, the link will point to a malformed URI.  This often is featured
with 'tag' clauses, repeating of the source URI, etc.

Platform:  Ubuntu 7.10 amd64

Frequency:  Often (3/5 trials for manifestations)
