[Bug 179775] [gutsy] Add ons don't get activated anymore

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

If I install addons and restart firefox they still are not activated and
it's said I should restart firefox to get them working. I tried a bunch
and all of them have the same issue. It doesn't matter whether these
addons are installed manually or by deb system.
