[Bug 179706] "Confirm Security Exception" button don't seem to do anything

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Encryption -> View Certificates ->
Add Exception -> Enter an URL -> Confirm Security Exception

Pressing this last button doesn't appear to do anything (but it does add
an exception), which is very confusing.
