I probably didn't explain myself too well. You see, Human -and most
other themes I have seen- use a dotted line to highlight selected
widgets (tabs, buttons...) whereas Clearlooks uses a solid line filled
with colour. The tabs in Firefox seem to ignore the Gnome theme and show
a dotted line, which happens to be the same Human uses.

So it's natural that they should look the same.
