[Bug 193877] [NEW] C-z undo keyboard binding doesn't respect non-qwerty layout

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I was just upgraded to firefox 3.0~b3+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 in Hardy. I
normally use a dvorak keyboard layout.

Pressing C-z to undo text changes does not undo them, but rather selects
all the text in the field. (That is, pressing the physical key labelled
/.) Pressing the physical key labelled Z (which is ; in dvorak) does
not work either.

When toggled back to the US Qwerty layout C-z does work as expected.

Strangely enough most other accelerators (eg C-o, C-l, C-a, C-s) do work
in both qwerty and dvorak. The menu item also works.

This was working in ff2.

** Affects: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
