[Bug 192044] [NEW] firefox gives security warning on linux but not windoze

Binary package hint: firefox

visiting https://chaseonline.chase.com/online/logon/sso_logon.jsp with
2.0.0.12 on ubuntu yields the "you have requested an encrypted page that
contains some unencrypted information" with the red-slashed lock, but
2.0.0.12 on xp gives no warning & the safe lock.
