I was able to reproduce these crashes (opening file dialog, closing it
and open it again) in OpenOffice.org, Homebank, Anjuta, Gedit, etc. so
it's definitely a GNOME/GVFS related problem as it wasn't reproducible
in Amarok which is a KDE application.

I've filed another bug about the same issue for gedit, but it must be
caused by the same bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gvfs/+bug/187766 This
one has been moved upstream.
