[Bug 190223] [NEW] [gutsy 64-bit] updating to 2.0.0.12 breaks firefox

I just installed the update to 2.0.0.12, and now FF is suddenly horribly broken.
For example, clicking on "Preferences" produces:

Putting "about:" in the address bar produces:

It is obviously a major problem not to have FF working properly.
