[Bug 311639] [NEW] Firefox dominates the monitor with no radio buttons to minimze or maximize the page

Firefox is actually over-filling the screen so the minimise, maximise and close buttons are off the screen at the top. There is no way to resize the Firefox screen, making it impossible to switch from this app to any other. The only course open is to close Firefox any time another app is to be accessed, not at all convenient or desirable.
