[Bug 311612] [NEW] Not auto-updating 'Add to Bookmarks' folder list after adding new dirs

Firefox 3.0.5
Ubuntu Interpid 8.10

After adding a new folder through Firefox's Bookmarks Management in
Bookmarks Menus category, if you try to add a new page to the Bookmarks
the new folder does not show up in the folders list automatically.
Restarting firefox fixes this. Does the engine load the Bookmarks
info/structure upon program execution?
