[Bug 311061] [NEW] the x64 flash player instructions didn't work on a fresh install of Hardy Heron x64

Just followed the instructions for installing the 64 bit adobe flash plugin placed in in /home/username/.mozilla/plugins as well as, /usr/lib/mozilla/plugin
everytime I restart firefox I can't see the flash player in the plugin menu
