Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox
After switching tabs in FF3 links flicker between hover and normal
styles. It doesn't usually matter, because clicking the link still
works, BUT if the hover style does something important, like opening a
sub-menu (like javascript nice-menus), then the sub-menus will also
flicker and usually be unusable.
If the page has just loaded, either after clicking a link, or reloading,
this doesn't happen, and everything works as normal.
