[Bug 257947] Re: After install of 8.10 alpha 4 Firefox opens with tool bar under top panel.

I was able to solve the problem by launching firefox in safe mode via the
command line:

firefox -safe-mode

After I did this, firefox ran fine.  I believe it was some extensions
causing my problem.
