[Bug 310020] [NEW] firefox - pointer blinking when over a link

Public bug reported:

Normally, mouse pointer looks like a hand if it is placed over a link.
In case of the bug, the pointer looks like an arrow if rest and blinking
between hant and arrow when moving.
