I don't understand what you mean?

When the window extends above the top menu, I also do not see the top
bar of Mozilla above File, edit, view. etc. I also do not see the menu
bar at the bottom. When I click on a e-mail address, my mail program
also does not get on top. The only way to get out is by clicking on View
--> Full screem or F11because then I can minimize or close the program
with the x.
