[Bug 309021] [NEW] firefox and abrowser metapackages should have same version dependencies

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The firefox and abrowser metapackages both depend on firefox-3.0 and the
respective branding package, however they do not specify the version.
This means that when a new version of Firefox is released, a user who
selectively upgrades just the metapackage will end up in a situation
where the firefox or abrowser version does not match the actual version
provided by firefox-3.0.
