I finally find out the problem origin.
and find out a way to solve this problem.

We all use 64 bit system, but we use a 32 bit flash and extension

but 32 bit flash can't use or find scim in 64bit system or 64bit SCIM.


When i change the flash player to 64 bit edition from Adobe recently.
This problem solves.

1.  I suggest scim deb package should provide 32 bit support in 64bit
system.

2. Use  flash player for 64 bit edition from Adobe
