OK, thanks for clarifying that.  Can you please provide some examples of
when the cursor does nothing, and then some examples of when the cursor
moves inside a text box on the page?  Unless I am misunderstanding you
again, it sounds like the behavior is not always the same, depending on
the page(s) involved.  That could be a bug, but if the cursor always
does the same thing, then your request really would be a Wishlist
request.
