[Bug 258029] [NEW] firefox 3.0.1 mixes both english and spanish

I am using Firefox 3.0.1 in Spanish but Firefox shows menus and bars in
both Spanish and English. The state bar is in English the menu bar in
Spanish. In some menus Spanish and English are mixed (e.g the bookmarks
menu) it's not a big problem but it's uncomfortable.
