I can confirm that the above said case it true, but shouldn't this be
marked as a wishlist rather? It is surely now a bug because when you
don't have a focus on the current dialog box )where you are going to
make a choice and perform an action) and hence the confirmation option
needs to be disabled as your active concentration might be on some other
window.
