[Bug 257391] [NEW] Title Bar "Sticks"

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The title bar on Firefox sticks sometimes. But minimizing and then
expanding it seems to get it unstuck. I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 with
compiz. I included a screenshot taken with a digital camera. I think
that there is a good chance that this is a compiz bug, but I've only
seen it with firefox.
