I just started getting this in the latest Intrepid as of a few days ago.

It seems to be related to flash.  A window or tab with Flash content
will open a popup the same size as the content.  It will initially show
the content, but it never gets repainted and eventually turns gray.
Closing it instantly closes FX.

FX: 3.0.1+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 (intrepid)
flashplugin-nonfree: 10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1 (intrepid)
