Same problem occurs here:

This page was specifically designed to demonstrate how
"WMODE=Transparent" works.

When you mouseover the words "DHTML Trigger" a text box pops up that is
supposed to OVERLAP the flash player.  instead, as with the other pages
listed in this thread, the flash player overlaps the DHTML content
