I'd like to provide more information.

I am not sure this is really a nspluginwrapper / firefox / flash issue.
I just tried to attach another usb camera, followed the same steps, and
choose the new camera in flash configuration. This time it works.

by reading the dmesg log.
I believe the working camera is using gspca driver, and the not-working camera is using uvcvideo driver.

Can someone please re-open the bug and assign it to related crew ?
