Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

As much as I try my help menu button doesn't want to function. Why would
this be?

1. I'm using Kubuntu 8.04 (not the KDE 4 version).
2. I'm using Thunderbird 2 point...12
3. I expected the help file to come up so I wouldn't have to bother anyone in support.
4. Nada.
