[Bug 222424] [NEW] Table headers repeated at top of next page on hardcopy (Firefox 3)

Binary package hint: firefox
Printing a document with tables causes many of the tables to end well
above the end of the page, and just the the table's headers to be
repeated at the top of the next page.
I'll see if I could construct a minimal demo document to attach here.
