[Bug 222166] [NEW] Firefox can't install Google Bar xpi

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu 8.04 updated; using Firefox 2.0.0.14, if you try to install the
Google Bar xpi, Firefox causes an error "203" (see the attached image).

Starting firefox from konsole doesn't make any difference.
