[Bug 221958] [NEW] [hardy] firefox 3 lacks pull-down for back button

This might be a theme issue (I use the default theme), but after
upgrading to hardy and switching to firefox 3, the back button now lacks
a pull-down option for browsing history (see attached screenshot).  One
has to go back one step at a time.
