[Bug 220403] Re: no more new mail notifications : system beep replaced the usual sound and no "envelope" in notification area

Thank you so much for your fast answer. For what i could find on the web 
and what you tell me, i wonder if i was hallucinating or something... 
Anyway, i found a mozilla plugin for the notification-area and chose 
another sound, everything works alright, i guess it's just a bit weird 
to admit that i never had these before as i thought... Anyway, evrything 
now works like charm  and i thank you for answering so quickly !
