[Bug 220340] [NEW] Firefox 3 beta 5 won't import or restore bookmarks

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I can't restore or import a previously backed up bookmarks file. I did
the backup right before and removed all settings and then when I tried
to restore my bookmarks it didn't work. Nothing prints to CLI. This is
on up2date Hardy.
