[Bug 217690] [NEW] Download window Incorrectly Sized

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I have seen this bug on three separate machines all running the latest
version of Firefox 3.0 beta 5.  When the file download dialog opens, the
window is incorrectly sized which prevents clicking on the "OK"/"Cancel"
