[Bug 198198] Re: can't move bookmark folders in bookmark organizer

OK, thanks guys.  I haven't tried since the last go around of updates,
installed on 4/13/08.   I'm  currently out of the country and restricted to
my company's laptop, running windows, but will try at soon as I get back to
"civilization".
