It just says that there is no problem except during the configuration of
the package, in this line which are partially in english :

Paramétrage de flashplugin-nonfree (9.0.124.0ubuntu1) ...
Downloading...
--00:44:23-- http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz
           => `./install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz'
Résolution de fpdownload.macromedia.com... échec: Nom ou service inconnu.
download failed
The Flash plugin is NOT installed.

I repeat that i have manually shut down my network to fail the download.
The installation process is good and work well. However if a network problem appears (by hardware defect or missconfiguration of things like proxy variable environment on the client) the case is not considered.

sudo dpkg --configure -a as no result since the package is considered to be correctly installed.
However the flash plugin are not. So the state of the package does not reflect the reality of the situation

Thanks !
