[Bug 215403] [NEW] firefox download dialog state corrupted after running out of disk space

Public bug reported:

I was downloading a file and Firefox told me I ran out of disk space.
After this, I deleted the file from my hard disk. Now, the internal
state of that entry in the Download List is messed up. I right click
and press pause and cancel, nothing happens. It stays as it is in the
screenshot. And, right clicking and trying to clear the list of
downloads clears only the other downloads.

After clearing, the incomplete file is still there, this time with
unknown time remaining. The second screenshot shows what happens after
the list is cleared. In addition, files I downloaded after the "disk
space" problem refuse to update their status even though they are done
and downloaded to disk. So, the state of the Downloader is somehow
corrupted.

(This has happened twice, and is reproducible.)

** Affects: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
