[Bug 213481] [NEW] transparent pull-downs

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Running FF3, looking at a Rational ClearQuest (bug tracking tool) web
page.  One of the pull-down select boxes rendered funny... looked
transparent.  It was still usable, but the text was overlayed on top of
the stuff behind the pull-down.  Screen shots attached.
