[Bug 212806] [NEW] Image, rightclick, set as Desktop Background

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

If I will set an image as Desktop background, the small window will open
and I can choose strech, tile and center. I will see a small preview but
if I click on the button "set as Desktop Background" nothing will
happen.
