[Bug 211337] [NEW] signature under the response

Binary package hint: thunderbird

In "identity parameters", when I choose "place the signature : under my
answer (above the quote)" , and then press "OK" button, this setting is
not save, and the signature is place at the end of the message instead
of beeing just under my answer.
