US, ZA and GB are dragged in by language-support-writing-en.
If you removed English support, I guess it removed language-support-writing-en, but you also need to remove myspell-en-gb, myspell-en-us and myspell-en-za.

OTOH, firefox will still display 2 entries per lang, like "en_US" and
"English / United States".
