[Bug 89381] Re: File Upload dialog has no preview for images

Attached is a very minimal but functional preview feature using the
preview widget for FF2 (it also works in the latest FF3 preview versions
but it has to be manually entered since nsFilePicker.cpp has changed
enough where patch won't automatically insert the changes).
