I was able to remedy the situation for me.  It seems this was a problem
with flash as suggested in bug 64855.  I replaced the hand-crafted flash
player with "flashplugin-nonfree" and now I can open all the sites that
were previously crashing FF here.

b_ly, can you please test and report back?
