Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

from this page, http://www.murthy.com/news/n_vb1007.html, click on 'visa bulletin chart' link. That will take you to http://www.murthy.com/visadate.html.
move the vertical scrollbar. with the main mouse button depressed on the vertical scrollbar, move to inside the web page. now, right-click. the context menu will be displayed. now move the mouse pointer over the 'back' context menu option, and release the depressed mouse button. firefox will go back to http://www.murthy.com/news/n_vb1007.html. now move the mouse to the forward button on the toolbar and click and release without moving the mouse pointer. firefox will go again to http://www.murthy.com/visadate.html.
now if you move the mouse to inside the web page and move it up and down, the scrollbar moves up and down too!
