Binary package hint: firefox

Open the "Page Source" (Ctrl + U) for _ANY_ website, then in the top
menu, go to Help > Release Notes and you will be taken to
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes/610.

This is occurring on my Feisty and Gusty (2007-09-19) machine.
