[Bug 140945] Wideness of "Save page As" dialog can`t be chaneged

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Save page As" dialog can`t be smaller until "Browse for other forlders"
is unroled.

When you click on "Browse for other forlders" then you can change size of that
dialog window. But not before that as it should be.

It shoud be possible to resize "Save As" dialog window.
(Without need to click on "Browse for other folders")
