[Bug 119291] Re: thunderbird 2.0 should use a local startpage

Couldn't we use a local version of www.google.com/firefox startpage? In
Feisty, the homepage was useless after you had read it, and required to
be change manually. Else, it could be nice if we provided on an Ubuntu
welcome page a way to easily (i.e. with a click) set the homepage to
some common ones. (Not for Gutsy, but later).
